Suspiciously Concealed Cause of Death
The cover story is that Ernst Waldburger died "in his sleep" on January 17, 2023, in Zollikerberg, when in fact, Ernst Waldburger died from a concealed cause of death in the dementia ward of an "Exit" institution.
Fact #1: Ernst Waldburger died in a dementia ward from a suspiciously concealed cause of death, yet he was never medically diagnosed with dementia.
Suspicious Residency Change to Switzerland
On January 16, 2023, just 1 day before Ernst Waldburger's death, his 50-year-old Spanish residency was suspiciously changed from Madrid, Spain to the Swiss domicile of his primary heir.
Fact #2: There was no tax or financial benefit for Ernst Waldburger to change his residency to Switzerland, and nobody has asked why his residency was changed, just 1 day before his suspicious death.
By coincidence, according to Art. 86.1, of the Swiss Federal Act on Private International Law, (PILA), the last domicile of the deceased has legal jurisdiction to settle his estate and to hear disputes relating thereto.
Fact #3: With no questions asked, the estate was rushed into Swiss probate court, where it is illegally controlled by a contested executor who has grossly mismanaged the estate for 3 years, and refuses to step down from an illegal executorship.
